About Our Business
Owned and operated by Teresa Farrar, Hoe Star Quilting offers hand-guided machine quiting,
custom designed for your masterpiece. She uses a quilting machine to do anything
from baby to king-size quilts.
Inspired to quilt by her mother's numerous and beautiful hand-pieced quilts, Teresa has been
involved with quilting for many years and has been sewing even longer. She has showered
family, friends, and her own home with countless quilts over the years. Though new to the
machine quilting business, her quilting skills are impressive. For example, one of her first
projects was round baby quilt for her new grandchild; she free-handed leaves, bees, birds, and
flowers around an embroidered tree.
