Services
preparing the quilt top
Do not baste your quilt.

The quilt back must be 4" - 6" larger on each side than the quilt top (after squared up).

Clip loose threads and press all seams.

To avoid extra charge, make sure the back is square and seams have the selvage removed.
a few tips to prepare for machine quilting
The number one problem for longarm quilters is fullness in borders.
To avoid fullness, pin the border to the body of the quilt, then sew.  Do not cut a long strip for
the border and then sew.  The top fabric will "walk" and  you will have fullness in your quit
body or border.  Extra fullness can mean pleats and puckers in your quilt; these cannot always
               be "quilted out".

Press all seams.

Seam quilt back, after removing the selvages, 5/8" seam and press open.

Stay-stitch all bias edges and any side seams that want to come undone.
